FMIC published the DR, EDR, Spice Model, DRC and LVS documents of 0.5um DPDM CMOS process. FMIC will continue to provide customer with our complete and variable design kits, such as Standard Cell library, Layout Design Rule, Electrical Design rule, Model File etc based on our provided standard process. In addition, we offer fast and efficient tape-out services.
